Operations: Overseeing the daily operations of the property, ensuring that all procedures are implemented efficiently and effectively. We work with building employees to supervise their work and ensure that all staff procedures are being followed.
Account Management: We handle all financial transactions related to the property, including invoicing owners’ maintenance statements monthly and collecting monthly charges from owners. We pay all incoming bills for the property and process payroll for employees. We make all bank deposits and provide the Board with a monthly report of all financial transactions and bank reconciliations, ensuring that everything is recorded accurately.
Administrative: We handle all paperwork related to the business matters of the property, including preparing and mailing all correspondence and handling requests for Certificates of Insurance for owners. We prepare paperwork associated with closings and refinances, ensuring that everything is completed accurately and efficiently. We assist the Board in the procurement of professional services, ensuring that we get the best possible service providers.
